Detailed 7 Days Safari Itinerary


Day 1: Pickup & Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Your safari guide will pick you up from Entebbe International Airport or your hotel before starting your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. En route, enjoy a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking before continuing to the park. Upon arrival, visit the top of the spectacular Murchison Falls where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge before plunging dramatically below.


Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Nile Boat Cruise

Begin the day with an early morning game drive across the savannah plains of Murchison Falls National Park in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and leopards. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon boat cruise along the Nile River to the bottom of Murchison Falls, offering incredible opportunities to see hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and diverse birdlife.


Day 3: Transfer to Kibale National Park

After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls National Park and travel south through scenic countryside, local villages, tea plantations, and beautiful landscapes towards Kibale National Park. Arrive in the evening and relax at your lodge surrounded by tropical forest scenery.


Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Evening Game Drive

After breakfast, continue your safari to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s most famous wildlife destinations. Arrive in time for lunch before heading out for an evening game drive searching for lions, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, and many other wildlife species across the savannah plains.


Day 5: Morning Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

Enjoy an early morning game drive for another opportunity to spot wildlife during their most active hours. After lunch, take a relaxing boat cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel, known for having one of the highest concentrations of hippos in Africa. The cruise also offers sightings of crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous bird species along the shoreline.


Day 6: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
