Day 1: Pick-Up in Kigali & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After a short briefing, begin your scenic journey through Rwanda’s rolling hills and cross into Uganda via the Cyanika or Katuna border. Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger guides about gorilla trekking rules and safety guidelines. You will then begin your trek through the dense rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. The trekking experience may take a few hours depending on the location of the gorillas.
