Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Airport Pick-up and Transfer to Hotel in Entebbe

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional driver-guide. After a brief introduction, you will be transferred to your hotel in Entebbe for check-in. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the hotel, enjoy the surrounding lakeside views, or take a leisurely walk in this serene town.

Rest and prepare for the exciting safari adventure ahead

Day 02 Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After an early breakfast, depart Entebbe and begin your scenic journey north towards Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest conservation area. En route, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Uganda to track wild rhinos on foot. Accompanied by expert rangers, enjoy an up-close encounter with these magnificent animals while learning about ongoing conservation efforts.

After the rhino tracking experience, continue your drive to Murchison Falls National Park, arriving in the late afternoon. Check in at your lodge and relax, taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Day 03 Game Drive and Nile River Boat Safari and Visit to top of falls

Start your day with an early morning game drive across the northern savannah plains of Murchison Falls National Park. This is the best time to spot wildlife such as lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species. Your guide will provide expert insights into animal behavior and the park’s ecosystems.

After breakfast, embark on an afternoon boat safari along the Nile River. Cruise upstream toward the base of the thunderous Murchison Falls, spotting hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and numerous waterbirds along the way.

After the boat cruise you will drive and go and take a hike to the top of the falls, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge before plunging dramatically. Enjoy breathtaking views and the roaring power of the falls before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

4 Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park and Evening nature walk in Bigodi swamp

After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls and travel south to Kibale Forest National Park, renowned for its primate diversity, including chimpanzees. Enjoy scenic landscapes of rolling hills, tea plantations, and rural villages along the way.

Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and relax before heading out for an evening nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. Explore the swamp’s boardwalks and trails with a local guide, spotting birds, primates, and other wildlife while learning about community conservation efforts.

Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

5 Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Begin your day early with a chimpanzee tracking adventure in the lush Kibale Forest National Park. After a briefing from park rangers, trek through the forest to locate a habituated chimpanzee family. Spend an unforgettable hour observing their natural behaviors, including feeding, playing, grooming, and interacting with one another.

After the trek, enjoy lunch before beginning your scenic transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive in the late afternoon, check in at your lodge, and relax in preparation for the evening game drive or the following day’s safari activities.

6 Morning game drive and Afternoon Boat cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Start your day with an early morning game drive across the Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This is the perfect time to spot wildlife as animals are most active. Look out for elephants, lions, buffaloes, hyenas, antelopes, and a variety of bird species. Your expert guide will help you identify animals and provide insights into the park’s diverse ecosystems.

After a mid-day break, embark on a scenic afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which links Lake George and Lake Edward. The cruise offers excellent opportunities to view hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and a wide range of waterbirds gathering along the banks. Capture stunning photos of wildlife and the serene landscapes during this relaxing journey.

Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

7 Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park Via Ishasha sector

After breakfast, depart Queen Elizabeth National Park and journey south to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Via Ishasha Sector in search of tree climbing lions, home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. The scenic drive passes through rolling hills, terraced farmland, and vibrant local villages, offering beautiful photo opportunities along the way.

Upon arrival in Bwindi, check in at your lodge and take time to relax, preparing for the next day’s gorilla trekking adventure. Enjoy the tranquil forest surroundings and unwind for dinner and overnight stay.

8 Gorilla tracking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi and Evening Boat cruise

Begin your day early with the highlight of your safari: gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After a briefing from the rangers, trek through the dense forest in search of a habituated gorilla family. Spend an unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat, witnessing feeding, grooming, and playful interactions.

After the trek, enjoy lunch before transferring to Lake Bunyonyi, one of Africa’s most scenic lakes, surrounded by rolling hills and dotted with small islands. In the evening, take a relaxing boat cruise on the lake, exploring its peaceful waters and enjoying the tranquil scenery as the sun sets over the islands.

Check in at your lakeside lodge for dinner and overnight.

9 Transfer back to Kampala /Entebbe

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive from Lake Bunyonyi back to Kampala or Entebbe. Enjoy the rolling hills, terraced farmlands, and charming villages along the way, with opportunities for photos and short stops.

Arrive in Kampala or Entebbe in the afternoon or evening, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.

10 Departure

After breakfast, enjoy your final moments in Uganda before your transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight. Depending on your schedule, you may have time for a brief stop at local markets or shops to pick up souvenirs.
